Anyways, Open House is a period of time when a property is open for public viewing 👀 You don’t need a private appointment so it’s a great opportunity to explore your options, especially at an early stage of home buying. Open houses are usually held at mid-day on weekends. You can find them through listings, signs and your agent.

Please be mindful of the seller’s space. It’s still their home. Also, if you’re the seller, be sure to put away valuables and remove pets from home for the open house 🏘
