Market update for the last month in St Charles County. As expected, the average days on the market was three days longer than that of June and the percentage above listing price became slightly lower compared to that of June as well. However, we still don’t have enough homes that are on the market for the buyer needs, especially for popular areas. It’s still a good time to buy a house, especially if you were hesitant to get in the market that was too competitive in the past year. Feel free to reach out if you’d like more recent data.
