Our financial goals seminar took place in St Peters with Ron Richardson (USA Mortgage) and Mark Vance (Edward Jones). We enjoyed sharing our expertise with future home buyers and investors (we of course love talking about our respective field!). A smaller group helped us to actually connect with the participants and the conversations were engaging. My topic includes the steps toward homeownership, what to look out for when you’re at a showing, how to make an offer with a sample of actual contracts. I love educating future buyers and I value transparency.
