Our first episode of Femme du Jour by International Women of St Charles is out! We talked about goal setting, work/motherhood balance, and the importance of support in the community. As I said briefly toward the end, I love that Claudia and Dolo emphasized it’s important to take small steps at a time and to ask for help when it’s overwhelming. What’s your takeaway?
